B2B ecommerce systems — built for the real B2B buyer.

B2B is not B2C with a login wall. We build commerce systems that respect how B2B buyers actually procure: account-specific pricing, approval flows, quote-to-cart, terms-and-conditions, supplier integration.

/architecture

B2B is procurement — design accordingly.

A B2B store needs to mirror buyer reality. Multiple users per company, role-based pricing, payment terms, project-based ordering, repeat orders, contract pricing, approval flows.

/01 · Account hierarchy

Multi-user accounts

Company-level accounts with multiple users, role-based access, ordering on behalf of, approval workflows for orders above thresholds.

/02 · Pricing logic

Real B2B pricing

Account-specific pricing, contract pricing, volume discounts, currency handling, tax-by-region — pricing as a system, not a flat list.

/03 · Order & payment flows

Procurement-aware

Net-30 invoicing, purchase orders, quotes-to-orders, reorder of past purchases, ERP-side fulfillment, EDI integration where needed.

/faq

B2B ecommerce projects.

WooCommerce or something else?

Most of our B2B projects run on WooCommerce with custom logic. For very large catalogs or complex workflows we evaluate alternatives — but WooCommerce + custom code carries 90% of real-world B2B cases.

Do you handle ERP integration?

Yes. Pyramid, Visma, Fortnox, custom ERPs — we build the integration layer so the storefront becomes a real channel into the operating system.

Can you migrate an existing B2B store?

Yes — including data migration, customer-history preservation, URL mapping for SEO and parallel-running during cutover so business does not stop.

B2B ecommerce systems built around real procurement: multi-user accounts, account-specific pricing, approval flows, quote-to-cart, ERP integration. We work where the buyer behavior is procurement, not retail.
